Blis is looking for a Publisher Development Manager to join our fast-paced, growing AdTech business. You will be responsible for forging, growing and maintaining publisher relationships and contracts on a global scale. This role will be key in supporting our clients (including the world's largest advertiser, T-Mobile) to drive better outcomes by delivering advertising campaigns directly on premium publishers, rather than intermediaries.
The role will require maintaining relationships with the world's largest publishers, including Disney, Netflix, Peacock, and Warner Bros. Sound technical knowledge will be required to overcome challenges and scale spend with these publishers, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in an SSP interacting with global publisher teams. This role will be supporting the Global business and will report into the Global Head of Supply Partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise publisher contacts to build Blis’ direct publisher demand business. Work with Amazon TAM/UAM and prebid to onboard new publishers into Blis’ supply ecosystem.
- Managing the deal implementation process from publisher outreach, negotiation, deal implementation, organization, distribution and supporting activation. This will also require ongoing deal troubleshooting and activation level support to ensure campaigns actively supporting these initiatives are able to scale.
- Lead publisher trends, performance, with action-oriented metric reviews with internal teams (revenue, impressions, clicks by Publisher/App bundles)
- Work with local Ops and client service teams to drive revenue through publisher direct deals
- Set up and scale Publisher PMP deals to access quality inventory at preferential rates

Skills and requirements
- 5+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
- Previous experience working with Amazon TAM/UAM and prebid.js solutions
- Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to drive action.
- Strong working knowledge of Ad network/Ad exchange/DSP/SSP/Publisher ecosystems
- Strong understanding of how the advertiser side consumes the inventory from the publisher side within the programmatic space
- Proven track record of partnering with campaign managers & account managers to achieve yield optimization results while maintaining client KPIs.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modeling.
- Experience in developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple urgent requests and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with CRM and AdTech systems (DSP. SSP. DMPs, verification vendors etc.)
