Finance Analyst

Blis are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the wider Commercial Finance Team and the CRM system. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail orientated problem solver to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Shift : 2 pm - 10 pm (IST)

Location - Mumbai (Jogeshwari)

Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Business Partner in delivering the weekly sales report, monthly rolling forecast, and annual plan.
• CRM management - reviewing and approving process streams within Zoho (CRM system). Ad hoc management of the analytics module within Zoho.
• Data management - responsibility for consolidating the monthly actual financials and maintaining financial data packs across the group.
• Business Information - support the monthly financial reporting process, which will include updating business KPIs and supporting the wider Commercial Finance team with other ad hoc requests. Given the dynamic nature of the requests, problem-solving and adaptability are key.

Skills & Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a similar role within a UK-headquartered company or a multinational organization is highly preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to interpret the data and provide valuable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines effectively without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work across time zones and adapt to cultural differences within a global organization.
