We are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of RVP of Sales, West. You will report to the President of the Americas. You will be tasked with managing the West Coast sales team and strengthening our ability to grow business from Tier 1 and 2 agencies and brands.
The candidate is responsible for executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that leverages data-driven insights and products to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising sales and at least 10 years of experience executing advertising partnerships. Additionally, this role will require a deep understanding of the media landscape, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in customer success, planning, marketing, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the overall West Coast business via a strategic approach focused on Hold Co. and Independent agencies and brand-direct clients within key categories such as Retail, CPG and QSR.
- Manage a team of sellers to strategically target key agency and client-direct business in the West Coast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top brands, agencies, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage and develop deep relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and high-campaign performance.
- Provide weekly revenue pacing and forecasting reports.

Skills and requirements
- Strong agency and client-direct relationships on the West Coast
- Exceptional track record in developing new business
- Excellent management and presentation skills
- Knowledge of mobile, CTV, programmatic, and omnichannel products
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue/margin targets
- Commitment to being a leader and team player in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Good references from employers and agency customers

The salary range for this position will be USD $200,000 – $225,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Our compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits platform offering and a company bonus.
