Blis is looking for a Programmatic Supply Operations Manager who will be an integral part of the supply team with high visibility within the organization and playing a key role in optimising supply, assisting in delivering client budgets and maximising performance.
This role would suit candidates from backgrounds in programmatic supply or programmatic ad operations. This role will be reporting into the Global Supply Lead.
Afternoon shift : 2 pm - 10 pm IST (Mon -Fri)
Key responsibilities
- Curate site lists, forecast avails for campaign briefs and ongoing bookings to suit advertiser needs
- Work with our supply partners to curate, activate & troubleshoot deals as required to deliver budgets into relevant media channels
- Analyze supply, negotiate deals and explore PMP pricing opportunities to buy quality inventory at preferential prices
- Collaborate with operations team on campaign deliveries by optimizing supply, troubleshooting issues
- Optimize QPS to maintain healthy levels of supply & bid rate throughout the year
- Monitor discrepancy, brand safety (IVT, Robotic) metrics regularly
- Work with internal stakeholders on rate card and price optimizations needed to ensure continued new bookings, client success and delivery of internal margin targets
- Assist on new projects & initiatives to optimize supply and grow revenue
Skills and requirements
- 3+ years of working in programmatic adtech industry, dealing with publishers, managing inventory / supply
- Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to drive action
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with analysis, forecasting and modeling
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, V-Look ups, Pivot tables
- Experience in dealing with SSP, DSP platforms
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple and proven ability to do both tactical work and set an overall strategy with group initiatives
- Analytical mindset, with an ability to turn analytical insight into meaningful action
