Blis is looking for an experienced and energetic programmatic salesperson to join our growing team. Based in London and reporting to the Agency Group Head, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience within the market, a strong contact base and hold existing relationships with the major agency groups and trading desks. The candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and a clear grasp of market dynamics.
The most important aspect of this role is to work closely with the nominated agencies and trading desks providing the best-in-class customer service for which Blis is known. The candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of our unique ID-less audience and trading platform and the generation of revenue through self-serve campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Generation of self-serve revenue using the Blis Platform across your assigned agency patch
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline whilst providing revenue reporting to internal stakeholders
- Maintaining a high profile within your agencies, ensuring you are front of mind for briefs, new business, and short-term opportunities
- Fully understanding our offering and what makes it unique and being confident demonstrating this to programmatic traders
- Provide feedback on the platform from agencies and traders to the Blis product team to influence our roadmap
- Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing a programmatic sales strategy across your agency patch

Skills and requirements
- 4 years’ experience in a programmatic sales function or within an agency trading team
- Expert knowledge of the programmatic media market and the major products and offerings
- Confidence in presenting and providing product demos to groups
- Demonstrate an understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media strategists, planners, and buyers
- Existing relationships across agency trading desks and key programmatic stakeholders
- A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment
- A preference but not a requirement would be knowledge of the omnichannel landscape; programmatic OOH, digital audio and CTV
