Blis are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Sales Manager - Netherlands.
You will be reporting to our Head of Sales and you will be required to develop your own business as well as looking after existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Sales person within the market; have a good contact list and hold existing relationships with one or more major agency groups and/or programmatic specialists. They will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the current programmatic market and where to leverage large global spends to drive sales.
You will be highly focused, tenacious, and practical with commercial flair and excellent social and networking skills. The successful candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and ability to use their initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage existing and new relationships to build their own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set.
- Target customers are media agencies including programmatic specialists and independents.
- Conversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve aggressive targets.
- Create and lead sales presentations.
- Strong relationship building and account management of customers.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy across campaigns.
- Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings.
- Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan
Skills and requirements
- Strong background in digital or programmatic sales and account management.
- Expert knowledge of programmatic and understanding of how programmatic is traded.
- Currently leveraging large budgets from media / programmatic agencies.
- The confidence to present to large and small audiences.
- A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.
